Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / SDR to drive our top-of-the-funnel sales efforts. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team. This position is critical in accelerating pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities● Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify and research potential customers (ICP-based targeting)
● Generate leads via outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
● Maintain and update prospect databases
● Qualification of Leads
● Engage inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs
● Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (BANT / MEDDICC / custom frameworks)
● Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives
● Outreach & Communication
● Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns
● Craft personalized messaging for different buyer personas
● Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects
● CRM & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
● Track KPIs such as call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
● Provide regular reports on lead generation performance
● Collaboration
● Work closely with Marketing for campaign alignment
● Coordinate with Sales teams for smooth lead handover
● Share market feedback and customer insights
Key Skills & Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation (preferably in IT/SaaS)
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to articulate technical/product value propositions clearly
● Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
● Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Preferred Qualifications● Experience in SaaS / IT product selling
● Exposure to india markets
● Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise selling
● Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)● Number of qualified leads generated (SQLs/MQLs)
● Meetings/demos scheduled
● Conversion rates (lead → opportunity)
● Pipeline contribution
● Activity metrics (calls, emails, touchpoints)
