Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to achieving sales goals while collaborating closely with the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience with Account Management to effectively manage client portfolios and ensure business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cloud and AI solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
