Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities
Handle student inquiries and provide proper guidance regarding admissions
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain conversion records
Meet daily and monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM reports
Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team for smooth enrollment
Skills Required
Good verbal communication and convincing skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA can apply
