We are looking for highly driven, target-oriented, and persuasive Inside Sales Representatives who can contribute to our expansion by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for business development managers
- Build and maintain strong client pipelines
- Present Camellia Staffing’s recruitment and staffing solutions effectively
- Understand client hiring needs and align service offerings accordingly
- Maintain CRM records with accurate lead and communication updates
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach KPIs
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Consistently work towards revenue generation and business growth targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English
- Experience with cold calling and international sales processes is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong sales mindset with target achievement focus
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or recruitment sales is an advantage
- High ownership mentality and performance-driven attitude
