Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include prospecting and identifying potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will work as part of a dynamic sales team, fostering relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage prospective clients
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Account Management to oversee and manage client accounts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
