Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and presenting tailored solutions. The employee will drive lead generation, manage accounts, cultivate client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing detailed explanations of visa and immigration processes, and maintaining robust client records. The role also involves identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring customer service excellence throughout the client’s experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management skills, with an ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and cultivating prospective clients to grow the business pipeline.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of immigration and visa processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
