Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote the company’s services, generating leads, building and managing client accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, providing product knowledge, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in achieving and managing sales goals
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Account Management expertise to oversee and grow accounts effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with VoIP technology or related industry knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
