Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in the 3D printing or technology industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
