Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for our IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions portfolio. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, solution pitching, and supporting the field sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions
- Conduct product presentations and initial discussions with prospects
- Work closely with OEMs and partners for pricing, proposals, and solution alignment
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and closures to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and implementation discussions
- Stay updated with industry trends in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions ( EDR, XDR & VA, SIEM)
- Experience in B2B sales / inside sales / tele-sales
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Certifications or exposure to cybersecurity solutions will be an added advantage
- Experience working with OEMs or IT solution providers
