About the Client
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing global fintech and business operations platform that provides payments, spend management, payroll, and Employer of Record services. Their EOR solution enables companies to hire and manage international talent compliantly without establishing local entities, supporting global expansion with streamlined payroll and compliance solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to drive inbound sales for the Employer of Record product. This role is ideal for someone who excels in consultative selling, thrives on high-quality inbound leads, and enjoys owning the full customer journey from discovery to onboarding.
You will act as a hybrid hunter–farmer, converting inbound demand while ensuring customers successfully launch and scale their global hiring through EOR services.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Conversion
- Own and manage inbound leads for the EOR product.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, target geographies, and compliance challenges.
- Deliver product demos and solution walkthroughs.
- Qualify, progress, and close high-intent leads into paying customers.
Customer Onboarding & Success
- Guide customers through onboarding, from contract signing to first employee activation.
- Ensure timely deposit payments, payroll setup, and monthly payroll execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact during early lifecycle stages.
Consultative Selling & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify triggers for EOR adoption such as international expansion, remote hiring, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to close complex deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, Fintech, HRTech, or services-led solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct discovery calls, demos, and independently close deals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Employer of Record, Payroll, HRTech, or Global Hiring solutions.
- Experience selling multi-product or SaaS + services offerings.
- Comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards (Excel, CRM analytics).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and automation or AI-driven lead management.
- Experience presenting webinars or virtual sales events.
