We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales through lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and coordination with channel partners and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic technical understanding of ICT/ELV products, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
- Follow up with system integrators, dealers, corporates, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update CRM with lead status, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at maintaining records and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Knowledge of CCTV, networking, telecom, or ELV products is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
