Role Description
The Inside Sales Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. This full-time on-site position is based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing guidance and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves generating leads, converting prospects into loyal customers, and maintaining customer records. Team collaboration and adherence to company guidelines for customer interaction are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in customer engagement and client handling
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and meeting sales targets
- Comfort using CRM tools and sales software for record management
- Organizational and time management skills with an ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Prior sales experience in the real estate or related domains is a plus
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
