Key responsibilities
1. Prospect intelligence & qualification
- Conduct deep research on every inbound inquiry: practice/organization profile, specialty mix, size, payer mix, current RCM setup, likely pain points, and buying signals.
- Review and validate the full interaction history with each prospect across marketing and sales touches before re-engagement, so no prior context is lost.
- Reconstruct and prioritize the backlog of dropped, stalled, and “too complex” prospects, and build a revival plan for the highest-value accounts.
2. Solution architecture
- Map each prospect’s needs to the organization’s full capability set: End-to-End, Partial, Co-Managed, and FTE service models, plus proprietary tooling and the AI suite.
- Extend solutions with partner-network products, AI voice/patient engagement, RPA, and automation positioning them as the differentiated, defensible layer of the proposal.
- Sit with RCM Delivery Managers to pressure-test feasibility, scope, and staffing before anything is promised, so pitched solutions are deliverable.
- Design solutions for both contingency engagements with small physician groups and enterprise FTE / staff-augmentation models for large groups, hospitals and white-label billing companies.
3. Sales content & enablement
- Build compelling, prospect-specific solution pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Develop white papers, case studies, and sales engagement content that address real prospect requirements and objections.
- Maintain a reusable library of solution narratives, ROI models, and proof points (including flagship client stories) that the whole sales team can draw on.
4. Deal re-engagement & co-selling
- Re-open conversations with old and dropped prospects at a deeper, more consultative level than the original outreach.
- Pair with Account Executives on re-engaged and complex opportunities: co-run discovery, shape the solution, handle technical and delivery questions, and support negotiation through to close.
- Own solution proposal creation and disciplined follow-up cadence; hand deal ownership and commercial close mechanics to the AI while remaining the solution lead.
5. Cross-functional feedback loop
- Feed intelligence back to Marketing on lead quality, segment fit, and messaging gaps by channel.
- Flag recurring capability or partner gaps to leadership and delivery so the solution catalogue keeps pace with demand.
