Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales / Program Manager( 2-4 Years), based in Gurgaon. The role involves leading and managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include overseeing project management activities, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the success of assigned programs. The role demands effective communication skills to liaise between stakeholders and a strong focus on meeting organizational sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales management, account development, and client relationship management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field required, MBA preferred
