Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Inside Sales Manager focused exclusively on the EdTech sector. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to foster long-term client relationships
- Experience in Sales processes and strategies to successfully achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Prior experience in EdTech or a related industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
