Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the Software industry.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity handling global markets. Strong leadership, ability to coach teams, familiarity with enterprise sales motions, and comfort with metrics-driven decision making are essential. Experience working in a fast-paced, high‑growth tech environment is highly preferred.
