💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our BDE team, drive conversions, and build a scalable sales process.
You will play a key role in owning revenue targets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent team performance.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
👥 Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)
• Drive daily performance through reviews, coaching, and accountability
📈 Revenue & Conversions
• Own sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth
• Improve lead-to-conversion ratios across the funnel
💰 High-Ticket Closures
• Handle and assist in closing high-value prospects when required
• Support the team in converting premium leads effectively
🧠 Sales Process Optimization
• Refine scripts, objection handling, and follow-up systems
• Build scalable processes for predictable sales outcomes
🤝 Marketing Coordination
• Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality
• Share feedback from sales interactions to optimize campaigns
🎯 Relationship Building
• Build strong trust with prospective learners
• Ensure a smooth and professional sales experience
🧑💼 Who Should Apply?
• 2–4 years of experience of Inside sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Ed-tech preferred)
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven mindset with leadership abilities
• Experience in high-ticket sales (₹100K+ deals) is a strong advantage
• Interest in finance or stock markets is a plus
