Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, driving sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The role requires proactive communication and data-driven decision-making to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and driving sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Account Management and managing client portfolios effectively
- Relevant experience in sales roles and a strong understanding of the industry landscape
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
