Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong sales leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Hands-on experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive execution at ground level
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, category/business management, or revenue
leadership
• Prior experience in managing a sales team and P&L ownership
