Role: Inside Sales Manager – B2C
Experience: 2+ Years (Inside Sales / EdTech / B2C Sales preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Drive B2C customer acquisition through inbound/outbound sales strategies.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling.
Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion ratio, team performance, and revenue growth metrics.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and closures.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding learner needs and offering the right solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and performance dashboards.
Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.
*Required Skills:*
✔ Strong experience in B2C Inside Sales & revenue ownership
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
✔ Experience in handling a sales team and driving targets
✔ Strong understanding of CRM tools & sales pipeline management
✔ Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
*Preferred Background:*
EdTech / Training / Education Sales experience preferred
Experience in selling courses, learning programs, or digital products will be an added advantage
