Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, handling lead generation, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including generating and nurturing leads through effective communication and follow-ups
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure positive client experiences
- Proficiency in Account Management and building long-lasting professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
