Role Description

The Inside Sales Manager will play a vital role in driving sales efforts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and generating leads for business growth. This full-time on-site position is based in Gurugram and involves managing client relationships, overseeing account portfolios, and devising strategies to achieve sales targets. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and ensure superior service delivery to clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales, with a proven ability to manage and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and exhibiting a proactive approach towards identifying and nurturing potential opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to sustain and enhance client relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales with a solid record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
  • Leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team are highly desirable.
