Role Overview
LeapUp EduTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager to lead the sales of our online learning programs. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, promoting our educational offerings, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through direct and channel sales of LeapUp EduTech’s education products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Associates, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand business reach.
- Conduct counselling sessions and product demonstrations for prospective students and clients.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, product positioning, and student engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure high conversion and retention rates.
- Train, mentor, and support new sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Passion for education and improving student outcomes.
