Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and execute the sales process, including lead generation, nurturing prospective clients, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities involve managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential customers
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong focus on achieving Sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and address client needs effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in the technology or services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
