We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Manager | Bengaluru (On-Site)

We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager(IC) to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
🔹 Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive the complete inside sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Manage and nurture leads through structured follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize outreach strategies
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Course Sales
- Strong expertise in lead generation and prospecting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
