Role Summary
We are looking for a self-driven, experienced and people-focused Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team. This is a key leadership role at the heart of Haitech's commercial engine. You will be responsible for setting direction, driving performance and building a high-output team that delivers results across our entire product portfolio.
The ideal candidate not only understands sales deeply but knows how to coach, inspire and lead a team to consistently exceed targets. You will report directly to the GM Sales & CS and play a pivotal role in shaping Haitech's inside sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage and mentor a team
- Set clear daily, weekly and monthly targets for each team member
- Monitor individual and team KPIs — conversion rates, call volumes, pipeline health and revenue
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team reviews and performance coaching sessions
- Build a culture of accountability, high performance and continuous improvement
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
- Drive inbound lead handling and outbound sales pipeline across all product lines
- Oversee quotation, proposal and order coordination with the Commercial team
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads, demos and pending closures
- Support dealers and direct customers through the entire sales process
- Identify gaps in the pipeline and implement corrective actions proactively
Reporting & Strategy
- Report inside sales performance, forecasts and team KPIs to GM Sales weekly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in Zoho CRM
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel and Zoho dashboards
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, product launches and lead generation
- Contribute to inside sales strategy, pricing discussions and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role
- Experience in the dental, medical devices or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant post-graduation is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills — able to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Proficient in Zoho CRM — able to manage pipelines, reports and team activity
- Strong Excel and reporting skills — comfortable with data, dashboards and weekly reviews
- High energy, target-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, dealer networks and direct sales processes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly inside sales revenue targets achieved
- Team KPI achievement rate — individual and collective
- Lead conversion rate from inbound and outbound activities
- CRM pipeline accuracy and daily update compliance
- Customer and dealer satisfaction scores
- Weekly performance reports submitted to GM Sales on time
- Team attrition and engagement levels
