Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with account management to foster long-term partnerships. The role requires strong communication and follow-up skills to effectively convert potential leads into clients and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to acquire and nurture potential clients effectively.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, along with knowledge of sales techniques and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in SaaS, HRTech, or technology-driven services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
