Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chandigarh for an Inside Sales Manager. The role involves driving revenue growth through leads generation and closing sales opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and developing sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to exceed sales targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Inside Sales, proficient in managing inbound/outbound calls and converting prospects into customers
- Expertise in Lead Generation and building sales pipelines
- Knowledge in Account Management, including nurturing and developing client relationships
- Skills in Sales strategy development and execution to meet and surpass revenue objectives
- A strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus
