Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Caller with SaaS sales experience who can effectively engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive demo bookings and subscription conversions for Agent B’s AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities:• Make high-volume outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns, databases, and outreach
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
• Pitch Agent B’s AI SaaS product, clearly explaining features, use-cases, and value proposition
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and urgency
• Schedule product demos and ensure strong demo-to-conversion pipeline
• Drive end-to-end inside sales cycle from first call to closure (where applicable)
• Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Update all interactions, lead stages, and outcomes in CRM on a real-time basis
• Achieve daily call targets, weekly demo targets, and monthly revenue/subscription targets
• Work closely with sales/onboarding teams to ensure smooth conversions and customer onboarding
• Identify and highlight high-intent prospects for faster closures
