Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for handling leads generated by the marketing team, guiding potential learners, and converting them into course enrollments.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills to help students choose the right course and achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Connect with potential learners via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual consultations
- Understand the learner’s career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into course enrollments
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
- Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Counseling
- Strong expertise in lead conversion and student counseling
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and close enrollments
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in EdTech companies or course sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
