Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to lead Inside Sales and CRM initiatives for the US market. The primary objective of the role involves generating qualified leads, through email marketing that align with the annual business plan of Exponents Inc. and CRM management by working closely with the CEO’s Office.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B inside sales, international client communication, team management, and CRM-driven sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation through Outreach / Inside Sales
· Plan, create and schedule email outreach programs and facilitate their execution by leading the inside sales team.
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and promotional outreach.
· Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, databases and email campaigns
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Mailchimp/HubSpot campaigns for lead nurturing and prospecting.
· Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions to improve engagement and lead quality.
· Support business growth initiatives in coordination with management.

Team Leadership & Coordination
· Lead, mentor, and monitor the Inside Sales team to achieve performance and conversion targets.
· Conduct regular pipeline reviews and track team productivity and lead volume and quality.
· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth execution and follow-up processes.
· Work closely with the CEO Office on sales planning and growth strategies.

CRM Management & Reporting
· Maintain and update customer data, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Track lead status, follow-ups and conversions
· Maintain overall pipeline health ensuring the data is clean, accurate and checked periodically
· Generate CRM dashboards, forecasting reports, and management reports.
· Facilitate weekly and monthly lead reports and present updates to management.
· Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities while ensuring data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· 6–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, CRM Management, or Lead Generation.
· Experience handling international clients, especially USA/UK markets.
· Proficiency in Excel and analytical data tools such as Power BI, Apollo, Sales Navigator
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite or Zoho CRM
· Prior experience leading or mentoring Inside Sales teams is preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
· Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
