Role Description
This is a full-time remote Inside Sales Internship role. The intern will support lead generation activities, initiate meaningful outreach to potential business clients, and set up qualified meetings with decision-makers. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of communication and customer service throughout interactions. The intern will assist in building and maintaining relationships to contribute to consistent pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation activities
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a professional manner
- Results-focused mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a good understanding of sales processes is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
