Role Description
This is a full-time on-site internship role, based in Bengaluru, for an Inside Sales Intern. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing customer outreach, assisting with sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with potential clients. The role will provide practical exposure to sales processes and customer service operations in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure a positive client experience
- Outstanding Communication skills, with the ability to converse persuasively and collaboratively
- Proactive learner with self-motivation and a growth mindset
- Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, or any related field is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
