Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an Inside Sales Intern. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, assisting in promoting Weskill’s training programs, developing relationships with potential customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The intern will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with prospective clients, resolving inquiries, and supporting the inside sales team in meeting their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive client acquisition and program enrollment
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive experiences
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus
