Role Description
This is a Full time role for Inside Sales Intern.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/courses.
• Qualify leads and convert them into successful enrollments/sales.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure effective lead closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of lead generation and the sales process
• Comfortable with cold calling and regular follow-ups
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome
• Must have own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
