Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru South for an Inside Sales Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with inside sales activities, lead generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, promoting products or services, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify and nurture potential clients effectively
- Strong Communication skills to engage professionally with customers and stakeholders
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive client experience
- An ability to work collaboratively and support the sales team
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is advantageous
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
