Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Intern. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify and generate leads, actively engage with potential customers, and guide them in understanding our offerings. You will assist in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and gathering feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication with clients and coordination with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and connect with potential clients
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build sustained relationships and provide excellent support
- Exceptional Communication skills to proactively engage with clients and articulate the value of our programs
- Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Bengaluru
- Familiarity with education technology or sales internships is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
