Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern based in Bengaluru. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support sales initiatives through tasks such as lead generation, responding to customer inquiries, and building customer relationships to drive satisfaction. You will also assist in maintaining a strong customer-focused sales approach, update records in CRM systems, and contribute to meeting sales goals by working collaboratively with the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and follow up on potential clients effectively.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive and long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with potential clients and team members effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills is a plus.
