Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Intern. The Inside Sales Intern will focus on generating and qualifying leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving seamless communication with potential clients. Daily tasks may include prospecting, conducting outbound calls or emails, identifying client needs, and supporting the sales team in achieving targeted goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying and qualifying potential clients
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build rapport and engage effectively with potential and existing customers
- Dedication to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through responsive support and relationship management
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and sales methodologies
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
