Role Overview
Trafo Power is looking for a dynamic and professional Inside Sales & Inquiry Coordination
Executive who will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. The candidate will be
responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, developing inquiries into qualified leads, and
coordinating with the Sales Team for closure. The ideal candidate must have excellent
communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a presentable personality suitable for
representing the company at exhibitions and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend all incoming calls professionally and respond to customer emails promptly.
• Understand customer requirements and collect necessary technical details.
• Maintain inquiry data in CRM/ERP system.
• Qualify inquiries and convert them into structured sales leads.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotation and technical support.
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain professional communication with domestic and international clients.
• Prepare email drafts, introductory profiles, and product information.
• Represent Trafo Power at exhibitions and industry events and generate leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Presentable personality suitable for exhibitions.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial products preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM/ERP systems.
