We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive / Manager (HRMS SaaS)

Location: Noida

Experience: 2–10 Years

We are looking for driven sales professionals to help grow our HRM Mitra HRMS platform and bring modern HR technology solutions to businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for HRMS software

• Conduct product demos with HR leaders and decision-makers

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

• Build strong relationships with SMEs and mid-sized companies

• Achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Software Sales

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience selling HRMS, ERP, or SaaS solutions is an advantage

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
