Role Description
About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with inbound leads to introduce dating coaching programs and services.
2. Qualify leads by understanding their dating goals, preferences, and requirements.
3. Provide personalized recommendations and suitable coaching solutions to prospective clients.
4. Nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
6. Maintain and update CRM records with client information and progress details.
7. Achieve and exceed assigned sales to support business growth.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and multitasking
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent)
