About The Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven
Inside Sales Expert to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive conversions by explaining product/service benefits persuasively
- Manage and update leads & interactions in the CRM
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team for continuous improvement
- Conversions & Revenue: Meet/exceed assigned targets
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Prior inside sales / tele-sales experience (2-4 years preferred)
- Highly motivated, sales-oriented, and comfortable with targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work 6 days a week from the office in Ahmedabad
