📍 Mulund West, Mumbai
We’re a fast-growing global edtech brand working with students and parents across India, Singapore, Dubai, the US, and more ,and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys conversations, communication, and helping parents make the right decision for their child.
This is NOT a cold-calling role.
You’ll be speaking with parents who have already attended trial classes and shown interest in our programs. Your role will involve follow-ups, understanding parent concerns, handling objections naturally, and building trust-driven conversations that lead to enrollments.
We’re not looking for robotic salespeople or scripted callers.
We want someone who:
* Speaks excellent English confidently
* Can build rapport naturally
* Understands people and emotions well
* Handles objections calmly and intelligently
* Has prior experience in sales/admissions/counseling/client communication
* Sounds authentic and credible — no fake accents
Role Details:
* Primarily Work From Home
* 1 or 2 in-office day per week (Mulund West)
* 6-day work week (rotational off)
* Approximate timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* Starting fixed salary around ₹35,000 + attractive incentives
