Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation and managing prospective customer interactions to drive sales. The role involves effectively communicating the value of NoBroker’s services, providing customer support, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth team dedicated to transforming real estate.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to proactively address customer needs
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and goals
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the real estate, Proptech, or related sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
