Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at NoBroker.com, located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and offering the best possible customer service. Day-to-day tasks include contacting leads generated via the platform, understanding customer needs, building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through services, and achieving sales targets efficiently while maintaining NoBroker’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, engage, and convert leads into successful business outcomes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and provide exceptional service experiences.
- Proven ability to close Sales and achieve business targets consistently in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, time management skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and regional languages; familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized.
