Role Description
NoBroker.com is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into successful sales. The role involves actively engaging with prospective clients, providing tailored property solutions, offering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven success in Sales, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in the PropTech sector or a real estate-related field is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
