Role OverviewWe are looking for a Inside Sales Executive – Travel who will handle customer inquiries, communicate with leads, and convert them into bookings.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys talking to people
- wants to earn through incentives
- is eager to learn sales
Key Responsibilities- Call and WhatsApp new leads quickly
- Understand customer requirements (travel dates, number of people, preferences)
- Explain travel packages clearly
- Guide customers towards booking
- Follow up with interested leads
- Coordinate with team after booking
Daily Work- Handle 30–50 leads via call and WhatsApp
- Qualify serious customers
- Share package details after understanding needs
- Assist customers in finalizing their trip
- Push for booking with a small token amount
Requirements- Good communication skills (Hindi / Hinglish required)
- Basic English understanding (optional but helpful)
- Confident in speaking with new people
- Willing to follow a sales process
- Comfortable with targets and incentives
- Ready to join immediately
