Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing client inquiries, and conducting live negotiations with buyers and sellers on the platform. The Inside Sales Executive will actively support the sales process, convert leads, meet sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular coordination with team members and thorough reporting are essential components of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client acquisition, and lead generation
- Experience in customer relationship management and handling client inquiries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with B2B platforms, trade processes, or a background in commodities or industrial materials is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
