Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive / Sales Executive based in Noida. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day sales activities including lead generation, conducting consultations with potential clients, presenting the company’s offerings, and closing sales. The role will also require maintaining relationships with clients, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales processes, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on meeting targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus
- Previous experience in the travel or technology industry is an advantage
